Payment . . .

Full payment must be made two weeks prior to your scheduled date of arrival. After payment in full is received by us, a letter will be issued to you advising the Pilar office that you are the owner's guest. You must present this letter at the Pilar office when you arrive in order to obtain the keys.

Payment can be made with a personal check, money order or cash.

Deposit . . .

A Deposit equal to one night's stay is required at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellations . . .

Cancellations must be received at least two weeks in advance of the reservation date. If less than two week's notice is received, all monies will be forfeited.

Payment can be made with a personal check, money order or cash in our office. Visa and Mastercard payments may be made over the phone.

Cancellations . . .

Cancellations must be received at least one month in advance of the reservation date. If less than a one month's notice is received, all monies will be forfeited.
